Huawei Nova 8i smartphone has been launched in Malaysia after being teased by the company for a week. It is now available for pre-order in the country until July 21, 2021. Customers pre-ordering the smartphone will receive gifts worth MYR 260 (approximately Rs 4,600) including an entertainment gift package, three months of VIP subscription to Huawei Music, one month of VIP access to Huawei Video and one month of 200GB Huawei Cloud storage. In terms of specifications, the device features a 6.67-inch FHD+ TFT LCD display with a resolution of 2376x1080 pixels. It comes powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 SoC paired with 8GB RAM and 128Gb of internal storage.
For clicking photographs, it gets a quad rear camera module consisting of a 64MP main camera, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, a 2MP depth sensor and a 2MP macro shooter. At the front, there is a 16MP snapper for selfies and video calls.
The device comes packed with a 4,300mAh battery with 66W SuperCharge fast charging support. The company claims that the smartphone can be charged up to 60 percent in 17 minutes and 100 percent in 38 minutes.
Connectivity options include a 3.5mm audio jack, Wi-Fi Direct support, Bluetooth v5, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, 2.4 GHz/5 GHz, USB Type-C port and more.
