To port to the Indian government-owned Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL), you must follow a step-by-step process that lets you port using a UPC. To request to port your current number from your existing telecom service provider like Reliance Jio, Bharti Airtel or Vodafone Idea, you need to send a text message and get a UPC (Unique Porting Code).
