New Delhi, July 20: HCLTech is reportedly rolling out a new policy linking employee leaves to office attendance. The step by HCL Technologies Limited will likely encourage more employees to return to the office as the company transitions to a hybrid work model. Companies are now planning to bring their employees back to the office after the pandemic. Under the new policy, the leave benefits for employees will reportedly be tied directly to their physical attendance in the office.

As per a report of Money Control, HCLTech is rolling out a new policy under which it will link the leaves of employees with their attendance in the office.
