Google has rolled out something exciting for the users who love to read on bigger screens than the conventional smartphone screens. To forays its re-entry into the tablet space, Google has officially launched the new Pixel Slate tablet in the global market alongside third generation Pixel smartphones and Google Home Hub. The company announced that the newly launched Pixel Slate will run on Chrome OS. Priced at $799, the Google's new tablet will be available for pre-orders later this year. The Pixel Slate will reportedly be priced at $599 and the upper variable at $1,699. Consumers will have to shell out extra for a keyboard, said reports. The reason this tablet is more expensive than its competitors is because it contains an Intel processor under the hood, and has the aptitude to work as a computer.
