The wait for Android users has finally come to an end. Fortnite, a 2017 video game, is most likely to feature in the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Note 9 smartphone. This could be a good news for many of you out there who are still playing the PC and iOS version of the game. Those who have never heard the name before, Fortnite is a co-operative shooter-survival game, which can hook up to 100 players online at a single session. The game, which was initially developed only for desktops then later for the iOS platforms, has many modes made available with each update and season. Honor 9N Smartphone Fash Sale Tomorrow Exclusively on Flipkart, Offering Jio Cashbacks, Data & Myntra Vouchers.

Now reports from the tech website BGR.in states that the game is expected to be available soon in the Android version by September 23. An early-exclusive feature – where the game will be available for only on Samsung Galaxy Note 9 – will be introduced during the launch of the smartphone. The report also shared a list of others smartphones which could feature Fortnite, after a 30-day exclusive period on Note 9.

Here is the list of devices that will support the game:

Google Pixel 2, Google Pixel 2 XL, Huawei Mate 10, Huawei Mate 10 Lite, Huawei Mate 10 Pro, Huawei P10, Huawei P10 Plus, Huawei P10 Lite, Huawei P9, Huawei P9 Lite, Huawei P8 Lite (2017), LG G6, LG V30, LG V30+, Motorola Moto E4 Plus, Motorola Moto G5, Motorola Moto G5 Plus, Motorola Moto G5s, Motorola Moto Z2 Play, Nokia 6, Razer Phone, Samsung Galaxy A5 (2017), Samsung Galaxy A7 (2017), Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime (2017), Samsung Galaxy J7 Pro (2017), Samsung Galaxy Note 8, Samsung Galaxy On7 (2016), Samsung Galaxy S9, Samsung Galaxy S9+, Samsung Galaxy S7, Samsung Galaxy S7 edge, Samsung Galaxy S8, Samsung Galaxy S8+, Sony Xperia XA1, Sony Xperia XA1 Ultra, Sony Xperia XA1 Plus, Sony Xperia XZ, Sony Xperia XZs, and Sony Xperia XZ1.

Going by the above list, it is somewhat clear that Fortnite may not be supported by all devices possibly due to hardware incompatibility. It is likely that the minimum specifications needed to play the game, in terms of processors, is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 430, MediaTek MT6737, Exynos 7870 and Kirin 655 while, in the GPU section an Adreno 505 and Mali-T720 may be required.
