New Delhi, September 30: Dell Technologies has reportedly decided to bring changes to its work policy for the global sales team. As per reports, the sales employees will now be required to work five days a week from the office. It shows a shift from the earlier hybrid model where staff needed to be present in the office for three days.

As per a report of Bloomberg, Dell Technologies Inc. is calling its sales emplpoyees back to the office five days a week, signaling a shift from the previous flexible work arrangement. Sales employees, especially those who work in the field, will now divide their time between meeting with customers and partners and handling office tasks during a five-day work week. According to a report of Business Standard, the previous work policy required them to be in the office for three days each week.

The company has reportedly made special arrangements for some employees, saying that remote sales team members who are unable to visit a Dell office can keep working remotely.
