BlackBerry KEY 2 Launched in India at Rs 42,990; Sale to start on July 31 Via Amazon
Priced at Rs 42,990, BlackBerry KEY 2 features a dual camera setup of 12MP + 12MP sensors, Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 SoC and Speed Key that lets the users instantaneously access apps.
BlackBerry is back with a new smartphone – BlackBerry KEY 2, which has been launched today in India on July 23. Priced at Rs 42,990, the device surpasses its predecessor (KEYone) in terms of design and specifications. The new smartphone, known for its QWERTY keypad, gets a button upgrade that enables a faster mode to open applications. Slated for sale on July 31 via Amazon.in, the device comes with a cashback offer of Rs 4,450 from Reliance Jio and 5 per cent discount by ICICI bank.
Coming to the specifications, the smartphone sports a 4.5-inch FHD IPS LCD with a resolution of 1080 x 1620 pixels and an aspect ratio of 3:2. Powering the device is a 64-bit octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor paired with 6 GB of RAM. Coming to connectivity features, BlackBerry KEY2 smartphone supports a dual 4G LTE SIMS, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth v5.0 LE, GPS, Global Navigation Satellite System (GLONASS), NFC, USB Type-C and more. As for sensors supported on the device includes an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, gyroscope, a fingerprint sensor (on spacebar key), magnetometer and proximity sensor.
