Apple iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max Pre-Orders Begin in US; To Go on Sale Next Week

The newly launched iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max smartphones are now available for pre-order in US, while the Indian customers will be able to pre-order the devices next week.

Apple launched the new 2018 iteration of iPhones earlier this week globally at gather round event in California. Priced at $999 and $1099, the pre-orders of the newly revealed iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max have begun in US today onwards. However, the devices will be made available for sale on September 21. Talking about the domestic market, the new iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max will go on sale from September. The pre-order for the devices will also begin on September 21 via Airtel online store. As far as the US prices are concerned, the 64GB and 256GB variants of Apple iPhone XS costs $999 and $1149 respectively. The top end variant with 512GB of storage comes with price tag of $1349. The base variant of iPhone XS model in India starts from Rs 99,990 which goes up to Rs 1,34,900 for the 512GB variant. On the other hand, the base variant of the iPhone XS Max is priced at $1,099 for the US market, while the same variant is priced in India at Rs 1,09,900. On the specification front, the design language of the new iPhone XS featuring 5.8-inch display screen is similar to the original iPhone X that was launched in the year 2017. However, the bigger iPhone XS Max with 6.5-inch screen sports a stainless steel frame and glass body. Both the devices come with dual camera module at the rear comprising 12MP + 12MP sensors with OIS. Under the hood, all the three new iPhones comes powered by the all-new A12 Bionic chipset, which is a six-core processor designed for better machine learning as well as artificial intelligence.
