Amazon.in Now in Hindi! New Language Option for India Available on Amazon Mobile App too

Mumbai, September 4: Online shopping giant Amazon, in a bid to increase and attract users in India, has introduced the amazon.in app in Hindi. The news was shared by the online retail giant in a tweet earlier in the day. The move is set to mark a change in the way online retail giants have been trying to woo customers in India.
Amazon in its tweet said that "In a major first step to break the language barrier for Indian customers, @amazonIN announces the launch of http://amazon.in in Hindi #Amazonअबहिंदीमें." Check the tweet below:
Earlier, in a slew of innovations and introducing products in India, Amazon developers introduced a new skill called Cleo, which will aid Alexa in understanding Indian local languages and dialects, making it more connective to the Indian customers. The new update helps the AI understand various Indian languages like Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Kannada, Bengali and Gujarati among others. Now you may think that Alexa would be able to talk back at you in your language with this new skill, but it will not. This new skill Cleo is designed for the AI to understand and learn your specific style and tone much more deeply so that it can serve you better.
