After Breast Flash Incident Video on Google Map Goes Viral, Company Issues Statement

Google has issued a statement after the video of woman breast flash incident went viral.

Google Maps, a popular web mapping service from the Tech giant is used by millions of users around the world. Offered on both iOS and Android, this technology from Google is designed to provide navigation. However, the platform is also quite popular for displaying something odd or bizarre or accidental. One such incident is the news of unidentified women flashed her breast in a video uploaded to Maps. The video immediately went viral.

As the video went viral, Google issued a statement addressing the fact that video clip was not posted by the company but was done by an individual. The tech giant's spokesperson responded to Inverse about the incident when reached out for an answer mentioning that, “Google removes content that violates our policies. If a user finds content that he/she believes is in violation, he/she can flag it for removal.”

The incident was captured on a video and later uploaded to Maps at a remote route in Pingtung County - Taiwan. Google initiated the video function on the app for the local guides last year.

It is still not clear about the identity of the women. As per the various reports, it is believed that she could possibly a local guide who was able to upload a video.
