New Delhi, September 11: Activision will reportedly skip the early access campaign release for Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, leaving gamers eager for its official launch. The decision by Activision might have caught many in the gaming community by surprise, as early access campaigns have been a popular feature in recent Call of Duty titles.

As per a report of IGN, Activision has decided not to release the campaign for Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 in early access, a feature typically expected by the Call of Duty titles. It is a shift from previous titles, where players could begin playing into the campaign before the official release. Consequently, there will be no Early Access period for Black Ops 6; just a countdown to launch.

Last year, Microsoft acquired Activision Blizzard for USD 69 billion, which included the Call of Duty franchise. Black Ops 6 is the first Call of Duty game to be available on Xbox Game Pass.
