1. Using the Same WhatsApp on Up to 4 Devices

If you are someone who has two phones and wants to use WhatsApp on both of them, now you can. You can use the same WhatsApp on up to 4 Devices. To do this, download WhatsApp on your other phone.

Open the app, and when you see the screen where you are asked to enter your phone number, you’ll find three dots in the top right section. Tap on that, and you’ll find, a link to the existing account option. 2. Locking A Specific Chat With a Person

Previously, you had to lock the entire WhatsApp if you didn’t want someone to read one or more of your chats. Now, you can lock, a specific chat. For that, go to the profile of the person whose chat you want to lock. Scroll down to find a “Chat Lock” option. Next, enable “Lock this chat with fingerprint” and done.

3. Editing Messages Post Sending

If you sent a wrong message in WhatsApp previously, you could delete a message but couldn't edit it. Well, now you can. To do that, select the message you want to edit and press on the three dots section in the top right. Now, select "Edit" and make the changes. Next, press on the tick icon, and the message is edited. However, you can only edit messages in the first 15 minutes, and there will be an edited tag below the message.

4. Send High-Quality Photos

Now, you can send high-quality photos on WhatsApp. To do that, go to Settings, then Storage and Data, and then, Media Upload Quality. Now, select “Best Quality” in photo upload quality.

5. Voice Status

You can set voice status on WhatsApp. For that, go to the Status tab and select the pencil icon at the bottom. Next, tap the microphone icon and record your voice status for up to 30 seconds.
