The South Korean tech giant Samsung has officially unveiled the Galaxy A22s 5G smartphone in Russia. It is essentially a rebadged version of the Samsung Galaxy A22 5G that was introduced in India a few months ago. Samsung is yet to announce the pricing of the device as well as its availability details. The Samsung Galaxy A22s comes in three shades - Mint, Gray, and White. The key highlights of the phone are 48MP triple rear cameras, a 6.6-inch TFT display, a 5,000mAh battery, MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC and more.

In terms of specifications, the Galaxy A22s 5G boasts a 6.6-inch FHD+ TFT LCD display with a 90Hz refresh rate. It comes powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC, paired with 4GB of RAM and up to 128GB of built-in storage. There's a provision to expand onboard storage by up to 1TB using a dedicated microSD card slot.

For photos and videos, the smartphone gets a triple camera module at the back that comprises 48MP primary lens accompanied by a 5MP secondary lens, and a 2MP sensor. The front camera is an 8MP selfie snapper for selfies and video calls.

The phone runs on Android-based One UI. There's a 5,000mAh battery underneath the hood supporting 15W fast charging. For connectivity, it gets a USB Type-C port, 3.5mm audio jack, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac, Wi-Fi Direct, NFC, and Bluetooth v5.0.
