The 51-year-shooter became an internet sensation after he 'casually' shot his way to a silver medal in the 10-metre Pistol Mixed Team shooting event at Paris Olympics 2024. In a simple T-shirt, no specialised gear and with just his spectacles on, Dikec was spotted putting one hand in his pocket and casually aiming for his shot. The picture of the same has gone viral on social media and guess what? It is the same event where Manu Bhaker and Sarabjot Singh clinched the bronze medal, which was India's second at the Paris Olympics 2024. Serbia's Damir Mikec and Zorana Arunovic won gold in this event. The 'casual' approach that Dikec had is what made him go viral on the internet.
