WWE Hall of Famer Harley Race passes away at the age of 76 on Aug 1, 2019, due to complications from Lung Cancer. His death was confirmed by professional wrestler Dustin Rhodes. Harley Race started his wrestling career working for promotions like the American Wrestling Alliance (AWA) and Northern Wrestling Alliance (NWA). He signed a contract with WWE, then known as World Wrestling Federation (WWF) in the year 1986. Race wrestled here for four years before moving to World Championship Wrestling (WCW) in 1990. 'The King' is famous for his feud with legendary wrestlers like Ric Flair and Dusty Rhodes. He has held NWA World Heavyweight Championship for a combined 1,799 days over his eight reigns.
