Indian boxing star Vijender Singh continued his unbeaten streak by registering his 12th straight win at the Rotunda Rumble 2 which was hosted in Dubai. This was his second win in the year 2019 and 12th fight overall professionally as he went on to beat Common Wealth Games champion Charles Adamu.  The player for Ghana had won 33 games from 47 in his professional fight which dated since 2001. So far in his career, he has fought against the best fighters from UK, Canada, South Africa, Ghana, Denmark and a few other countries. Vijender Singh Goes 12-0, Beats Ghanaian Veteran Charles Adamu to Extend Winning Streak in Professional Bouts.

Adamu had to endure a point deduction in the fourth round of the game due to excessive bending. He had all the strategies in place for the Indian boxer but Vijender Singh proved to be very mighty for the 42-year-old. He could not sustain the mighty blows by the Indian boxer. Post this, Vijender Singh took to social media to thank fans and followers.

"It was a good fight, Charles Adamu is a good fighter but I was fully prepared to tackle his punches and landed my punches perfectly on him. It's great to be here in Dubai and to get this win. It was really exciting," Vijender said after the bout. "I wanted to finish this fight in three-four rounds, it went into late rounds but I am happy with how I performed," further added the Indian boxer from Bhiwani.
