Vijender Singh Blessed With A Baby Boy, Pro-Boxer Turned Politician Shares The Good News on Twitter

Indian boxer and Congress candidate from South Delhi Vijendra Singh today blessed with a baby boy. The Olympic medalist took to the Twitter to announce the good news.

New Delhi, May 14: Indian boxer and Congress candidate from South Delhi Lok Sabha constituency Vijender Singh today blessed with a second baby boy. The Olympic medalist took to Twitter to announce the good news. He tweeted, “And it’s a baby boy.” Celebrities including Aayushman Khurana congratulated him. Senior Congress leader and daughter of former President Pranab Mukherjee, Sharmishta Mukherjee also congratulated Singh.

The ace Indian boxer contested 2019 Lok Sabha elections from South Delhi Lok Sabha constituency against Raghav Chadha of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) and Ramesh Bidhuri of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). Singh is currently, WBO Asia Pacific Super Middleweight Champion and WBO Oriental Super Middleweight Champion. He had won a Bronze medal in the 2008 Beijing Olympics. He was also a recipient of Rajiv Gandhi Khel Ratna award—India's highest sporting honour and Padma Shri, the fourth highest civilian honour.
