Sprinter Usain Bolt was shell-shocked when he received a notice from Australia’s anti-doping authority (ASADA) sent him a drug notice. The sprinter is yet to sign a contract with A-League club in Australia where he is currently on a trial. The Australian Federation asked Usain Bolt to send his blood and urine samples. This has not gone down well with the Jamaican and the sprint took to social media to slam the body. Bolt posted a video and said, “So guys I’ve retired from track and field looking to become a footballer but look at this,” as he zoomed in on the notice sent by the Australian anti-doping authority. As per the notice, it appears that the Football Federation Australia has asked the athlete to submit his urine and blood samples.”

“How am I going to get a drug test today? I’m not even a professional footballer yet. Seriously. So I asked the lady, ‘Why am I getting drug tested when I haven’t signed for a club yet?’ and she said they told her I’m an elite athlete so I have to get tested. Okay then,” Bolt further said in the video.

Recently, Bolt was in the news for scoring a couple of goals in a pre-season friendly game against Macarthur South West. As per the latest reports, he is offered a contract with Malta Football Club. The Australian agent who arranged Bolt's trial with the Mariners declined to confirm the news.
