Saurabh Chaudhary won another Gold medal for India, earlier today, in the 10m Air Pistol event at Asian Games 2018. His fellow mate Abhishek Verma, another close contender in the competition, had to settle for the Bronze medal in the shooting event. With the following win, it is India’s first gold at Shooting in the ongoing multi-nation competition.

The competition was a closely fought one with Japan’s Tomoyuki Matsuda leading in the majority of the match. A slip-up in the last two shots saw him slip to the second spot and ended up winning the silver medal.
