Sania Mirza undoubtedly is one of India’s best tennis players and six Grand Slam titles bear the testimony. Born on November 15, 1986, in Mumbai, took to tennis as early as when she was just six-years-old and in 2003, Sania turned professional. In 2005, she became the first Indian to win a WTA tournament singles title. The Indian tennis star, who no longer plays singles, has till date won six Grand Slam titles- 2015 Wimbledon Doubles, 2015 US Open Doubles, 2016 Australian Open Doubles. Her Mixed Doubles Grand Slams titles came in 2009 (Australian Open), French Open (2012) and US Open (2014). Apart from Grand Slam titles, Sania has clinched six Gold medals at major multi-sport events.

The tennis star is also a recipient of the prestigious Arjuna Award (2004), Padma Shri (2006), Rajiv Gandhi Khel Ratna (2015) and Padma Bhushan (2016). She was also named as WTA New Comer of the Year in 2005. She achieved the number one ranking women’s doubles in 2015.

With every achievement Sania's popularity upped and she was a hot catch for endorsement deals. Throughout her career, she has endorsed many products. However, after her marriage to Pakistani cricketer Shoaib Malik, Sania featured in a couple of advertisements with her husband and those arguably happen to be her best TVCs. After her marriage in 2010, Sania recently gave birth to a baby boy and named him Izhaan Mirza Malik. On endorsement front, Sania’s popularity has dipped with time though she still endorses some products. The tennis star will be looking to get back in the action post pregnancy. In an interview earlier this year Sania mentioned that after pregnancy, coming back to playing will be her priority. The tennis player also said that she has her eyes on the 2020 Olympics as well.
