The 20 time Grand Slam winner graciously without throwing any tantrums waited for his team to get him the card. Only when Roger Federer’s accreditation card was shown, was he allowed getting access to the locker room. The former Indian cricketer also praised Roger Federer for being poised and not throwing a tantrum while waiting. It was Federer’s coach Ivan Ljubicic who got the card for him. Sachin showered his praises via a tweet a while ago. He also said this kind of a behaviour just increases respect for an athlete like Federer. As per the rules, it is mandatory for all players, coaches, officials and the members of the media to carry the accreditation card, which has a bar code and needs to be scanned various security points.
