Jakarta, August 29: India's Swapna Barman has won gold in Women's Heptathlon event at the Asian Games 2018. Earlier, Indian Olympic athlete Arpinder Singh brought the tenth gold for India on Day 11 of Asian Games. India's medal count now reads 54 including 11 gold, 20 silver and 23 bronze medals. India is ranked ninth in Asian Games 2018 medal table and team standings. Indian paddlers Manika Batra and Achanta Sharath Kamal settled for bronze in mixed doubles table tennis. China is leading at top with 216 medals including 101 gold, 65 silver and 50 bronze. Japan is second with 160 medals that includes 51 gold, 47 silver and 62 bronze. Republic of Korea is placed third with 37 gold, 41 silver and 50 bronze, a total of 128 medals.
