Mumbai Indians skipper Rohit Sharma turns 31 on Monday, and his wife Ritika Sajdeh leads throng to wish him a very happy birthday. Born on April 30, 1987, Rohit Sharma was greeted with the sweetest birthday message shared by Ritika. She took to Instagram to post a cute picture of the Indian opener cuddling their pet dog along with a mushy greeting. It read: “Happiest birthday to my favourite person in the world @rohitsharma45❤️to seeing the northern lights, paddle boarding with whales and travelling the world together❤️❤️❤️”. Well, the number of hearts in this birthday greeting should be enough to tell you how madly Ritika is in love with ‘Ro’ (a name she fondly addresses her hubby with)!

It is celebration time for Rohit Sharma in last few days. After string of losses in VIVO Indian Premier League (IPL) 2018, his side managed to outshine tough opponents in the form of Chennai Super Kings (CSK) on April 28, Saturday. Sharma had made 56 runs in 33 deliveries to guide Mumbai Indians to an eight-wicket victory over MS Dhoni-led Chennai side. It was an important win for MI in this do-or-die tie. And, now two days later it is Hitman Rohit’s birthday, another big occasion for Mumbai Indians team and their supporters to indulge in big celebrations.

One of Rohit Sharma’s biggest supporters and fans is his wife and partner for life, Ritika Sajdeh. The duo married in 2015 after knowing each other previously for six long years. She has been his constant pillar of support, especially on tough days like the one right now with Mumbai Indians winning matches far and few in between. Irrespective of match results, Sharma’s ladylove is constantly present in all the games to cheer him and the team from sidelines. It is indeed a beautiful sight to watch the lovebirds be each other’s support system.

We hope Rohit Sharma’s birthday brings in the much-needed luck to Mumbai Indians side who have been losing close matches. Yes, they have lost most of their duals in the last over. They are currently placed in the sixth position of IPL 2018 points table above Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) and Delhi Daredevils (DD). They have won just two matches out of seven played so far and will be facing Virat Kohli’s RCB on May 1 at the M.Chinnaswamy Stadium, Bengaluru.
