But suddenly the bid for Monu Goyat tuned out to the highest as he was sold for Rs 1.51 crore toĀ  Haryana Steelers. With this MonuĀ become the most expensive player of KPL. Sukesh Hegde sold to Tamil Tahliavas for Rs 28 lakh.Ā

Iranian star Fazel Atrachali went on to become the most expensive in the history of Pro Kabaddi League. The defender was sold to U Mumbai for Rs 1 crore.Ā 


The auction for season six Pro Kabaddi League Action 2018 is taking place today and tomorrow. While the B, C, D and New Young Players have already undergone the hammer, the A category players will be auctioned soon. Each franchisee can have from 18-25 players and 4 overseas recruits. This yearā€™s auction has 58 overseas players from 14 different countries.

For the first time, the Pro Kabaddi League has adopted the Final Bid Match, which means a franchise can but back maximum two players from the previous year. The owners can use the card only if they match the bid made by the other team and only then can they swap their player. However, letā€™s look at the list of retained players.

Patna Pirates: Pardeep Narwal, Jaideep, Jawahar Dagar, Manish Kumar.

Puneri Paltan: Sandeep Narwal, Rajesh Mondal, Gurunath More, Girish Ernak.
