USA topped the Paris Olympics 2024 medal tally with a total of 126 medals which included 40 golds, 44 silvers and 42 bronze medals. China came second with a total of 91 medals in which they grabbed 40 golds, 27 silvers and 24 bronze medals. Japan finished third with a total of 45 medals in which they clinched 20 gold medals, 12 silvers and 13 bronze medals. India ended their Paris 2024 Olympics run with just six medals in which they won a silver medal and five bronze medals.
