On the official Twitter handle, ISL shared an image of Kerala Blasters fans flaunting a big banner from the stands. The artwork depicted everyone who helped with rescue operations as flood wreaked havoc in the state. Fans poured their hearts out with the sweet depiction of a fisherman, military, common men, and other unsung heroes who helped Kerala. Coming to the match, Halicharan Narzary had given Kerala Blasters an early lead in the game against Mumbai. The 24-year-old midfielder had scored a goal in the 25th minute. The home side maintained the difference and were confident of victory but a late strike from Mumbai City FC’s substitute Pranjal Bhumij in the extra time (90+3) equalised the game. The match ended in a draw, but Kerala Blasters moved up in the points table to take the top spot. Mumbai with one draw and one loss take the eighth place in ISL 5 points table and team standings. The next match of Hero ISL 2018-19 is between Chennaiyin FC and FC Goa.
