The 37-year-old, who is now with her son Izhaan, had also recently appeared on a TV show where she reacted to Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan's eagerness to play her love interest if a biopic was made on her. Mirza had stated that she is yet to find a love interest. Shami separated from his wife Hasin Jahan after she had levelled allegations of domestic abuse and also match-fixing against the Indian cricketer, which was followed by a bitter legal battle. The 33-year-old was last seen in action at the 2023 ODI World Cup where he helped India reach the final. He underwent a heel surgery and has been recuperating since then.
