As we all know, Mumbai Indians has a unique way of punishing their players who do not report on time for team activities. The players who are punished need to wear the emoji kit during their travel and which makes them stand apart from rest of the team. So far during IPL 2018, we have seen Suryakumar Yadav, Ishan Kishan, Anukul Roy and Rahul Chahar don the emoji kit. But now, it is their captain who was spotted wearing the kit as the team travelled to Delhi for their upcoming match.

Rohit, who looked embarrassed will be seen wearing the kit until someone else in the team gets it. The official page of Mumbai Indians shared several pictures of Rohit donning the kit. “Guess whose turn it is to don the Emoji kit! 🤣 Paltan, download the #MIEmojis from mumbaiindians.com or the MI App. #CricketMeriJaan #MumbaiIndians @rohitsharma45,” read the caption.

In the other picture, we see, Rohit being visibly embarrassed as Hardik and Krunal Pandya ask him to pose in the emoji kit. The caption of the snap read, “When you don't want to pose for the 📷 but your friends force you to! 😂 #CricketMeriJaan #MumbaiIndians @hardikpandya93 @rohitsharma45 @krunalpandya_official.”

Meanwhile, Mumbai Indians who were at the bottom of the table at the start of the season are now amongst the top 4 of the IPL 2018 Points Table. A couple of days ago, the team defeated Kings XI Punjab by 3 runs and have kept their playoffs hope alive. MI will next come head to head with Delhi Daredevils on Sunday.
