Cricketer Gautam Gambhir has said that his Twitter handle has been hacked and alleged that his earlier tweets have been deleted. Gambhir, in his tweet, said that his earlier tweets regarding his "twitter handle being hacked were deleted." The left-handed batsman also asked for help from Twitter and told the micro-blogging site to take some action soon. Gambhir, in another tweet, tagged former cricketers Adam Gilchrist, Michael Clarke, Kumar Sangakara and actress Chitrangda Singh and informed that his twitter handle "seems to be hacked." He even told them to ignore the messages and alerted them to ensure that their account has not been hacked. Gautam Gambhir, who never shies away from voicing his opinion, was recently in news for shutting up Pakistani media panelists before the India vs Pakistan match in Asia Cup 2018. Gambhir had also questioned the BCCI's selective ban approach on matches against Pakistan. “If you want to ban someone from playing, you should ban them from playing every form of cricket, whether it's Asia Cup or ICC events. You can’t have a conditional ban in sports. You can’t say we won’t play bilateral series, but we can’t do anything about ICC events and Asia Cup”, said Gambhir in an interview to TOI.
