The former Swedish international needed just 222 games to reach this feat as he overtook former Inter Milan star Esteban Cambiasso. The return of Zlatan Ibrahimovic was the boost that AC Milan needed as they are now unbeaten since the turn of the year and recorded a crucial win over Udinese during the weekend. This win saw Zlatan reach a terrific milestone, the Swede was not among the goals but became the fastest player to reach 150 wins in Serie A since the three-point for a win era began. The 38-year-old needed 222 games while Esteban Cambiasso needed eight more games to reach this feat while Napoli’s Lorenzo Insigne achieved this milestone in 232 games. AC Milan were given a tough time by Udinese but a late strike from substitute Ante Rebic saw them come away with all three points from the game.

Zlatan’s career in Italy began in 2004 when he moved from Dutch giants Ajax to Juventus. After two seasons at the record Italian champions, Zlatan moved to Inter Milan, where he played for two years and then came back to Italy in 2011 when he completed his transfer from Barcelona to Milan. This is Zlatan’s second stint at AC Milan as the 38-year-old has joined them on a six-month loan deal.
