West Ham vs Tottenham Match Report & Result: José Mourinho’s Team Beats West Ham 3-2 During EPL 2019 Tie

José Mourinho started handling the reins of Tottenham just a couple of days ago as he replaced Mauricio Pochettino and the former Manchester United manager returned to Premier League. All eyes were on Tottenham as they clashed against West Ham at the EPL 2019. The match was held at the London Stadium where it was Tottenham who walked away with the win.  Tottenham dominated every aspect of the game and was quite better as compared to the opponents in all the departments. It was South Korea’s Son Heung-min who netted the first goal of the match for Tottenham at the 36^th minute of the game. Just seven minutes later Lucas Moura added yet another goal and took the team two up. West Ham could not find the net until the half-time and then England’s Harry Kane joined the party at the 49^th minute of the game. Michail Antonio finally got success at the 73^rd minute and at the 90^th minute, six more minutes were added to the game. Angelo Ogbonna added one more goal and by the final whistle, the team scorecard read 3-2.

With this win, Tottenham gains spots on the English Premier League 2019-20 points table with 17 points in their kitty. The team is now on number six of the table whereas, West Ham stay at number sixteen with 13 points. Mourinho had a bright start at Tottenham and needless to say that the fans are quite happy about the same.
