The team thrashed Sweden by 2-1 and it was an amazing last minute strike from Toni Kroos that won hearts of the fans and they could stop going gaga over the goal. The goal was scored when Kroos was atoned for an earlier error and the scoreboard just ticked one up during the last 30 seconds of the play.
Angled tight, the ball just flew like a missile into the goal post. No sooner the goal was scored the Germany fans in the stadium went berserk and many of them even took pictures and clippings of the same. Kroos and his teammates celebrated the last-minute victory with a pomp. Check out the video.
The celebration went beyond the stadium and the German fans could not contain their excitement. Fans posted tweets on social media praising the goal.

It was Sweden’s Ola Toinoven scored the first goal in the 32nd minute, who gave them the lead of 1-0. Marco Reus got an equalizer in the 48th minute. Germany now has three points in their kitty from two matches. They will next face South Korea in their final group engagement.
