In fact, the video in question was viral ahead of England vs Croatia football World Cup semi-final.
A video, showing United Kingdom’s Royal Air Force (RAF) aircrafts, spelling out “It’s Coming Home” in a fly-past went viral. “It’s Coming Home” referring to the World Cup trophy, was a phrase used by English football fans in support of their team. In fact, the video was created digitally and originally shared by Potion Pictures, a motion graphics, and animation studio. The company after noticing that the video was being shared as a real one, stepped in and cleared the air. “Many were fooled by our manipulated RAF100 flyby video, here's our breakdown showing exactly how we manipulated the aircrafts formation to spell 'It's Coming Home' ahead of yesterdays match,” read a tweet by Potion Pictures along with a video.

Meanwhile, the video is still being circulated on the internet ahead of France vs Croatia FIFA World Cup 2018 final on Sunday. This time people think it is in support of Croatia. Kiran Bedi also mistook the video as real and shared it recently. “Croatia air display of the World Cup Trophy in anticipation? Have a look at this—It’s a Wow,” she wrote.
With creators of the video, Potion Pictures, tweeting about the authenticity of the video, it leaves no room that the video was real. It was fake and is fake! Meanwhile, in Sunday’s final France will be looking to clinch their second World Cup title while Croatia are seeking their maiden title triumph.
