Real Madrid and Liverpool will lock horns with each other today for the UEFA Champions League Finals 2018 in Kiev, Russia. Liverpool’s forward, Mohamed Salah has been in the news for scoring 34 goals in 49 appearances during the Premier League season. He has even bagged the PFA Player of the year and Premier League’s Player of the Year award. The in-form forward has already created ripples and it is said that he could prove dangerous for the opponents.

But, Real Madrid’s captain Sergio Ramos is unperturbed by Salah. He said comparing Liverpool’s forward to Messi and Ronaldo would be wrong. “Crissy and Messi are in another orbit. Some players are in fashion. Some disappear; some become great players. Salah is an enormous player. We will see what happens.'

Ramos added, "He has shown that this year and he has a great chance to show that over the next few years, as Ronaldo and Messi have done. But let's hope (he starts) the day after the final.” Responding to the rumours of Cristiano Ronaldo being unfit Ramos explained, “He is doing great. I said recently he was at 150 percent but if he is doing 140 percent that is great too. You have to know he lives for these matches. This is what makes him tick."

Real Madrid has won the UEFA Champions League title for the 12th time, Milan 7 times. Barcelona, Bayern Munich and Liverpool have won the title 5 times.  Last year, Juventus played against Real Madrid for the title and the Reds walked away with the last laugh by 1-4.
