No.1 Adama Traore vs Manchester City
Wolves had a few one on one chances wasted in the first half by Raul Jimenez which was a cause of concern for their manager. Yet in the 80th minute with Manchester City looking for a breakthrough, Jimenez played in Adama Traore who slotted the ball past a rushing Ederson to give Wolves a deserved lead. The calmness of the side foot finish showed the wealth of talent Traore possesses.

No. 2 Matty Longstaff vs Manchester United
It was written in the stars for Matty Longstaff, the 19-year-old brother of Newcastle United midfielder Sean Longstaff who made his debut against Manchester United yesterday. His powerful piledriver left David De Gea eating the grass and pile on the misery on Ole Gunner Solskjaer and his Manchester United side who do not know where to hide at the moment. Longstaff’s sublime effort is as close to textbook finishing as it gets when the ball is rolled on to his path.

No. 3 Paulo Dybala vs Inter Milan
His inclusion in the team may against Inter Milan have raised a few eyebrows but the Argentine international showed what he is all about in just the 4th minute of the game. A simple ball over the defence by Miralem Pjanic was picked by Dybala who takes it in his stride and fires a low angled shot that crept in the corner giving the visitors the lead.

No. 4 Eden Hazard vs Granada
A first of hopefully many for Belgian skipper Eden Hazard in a Real Madrid shirt and what a way to score his maiden goal. Just before the end of the first half, Hazard’s showed his class by lobbying a through ball past Granada’s keeper Rui Silva. With two defenders tackling, it was a difficult skill to execute but one which Hazard completed with perfection.

No. 5 Luis Suarez vs Sevilla
An overhead kick by Luis Suarez to open Barcelona’s account against Sevilla in their 4-0 lead is our goal of the week. Nelson Semedo’s cross was behind the Uruguayan but he leapt in the air to meet the ball with perfection producing the perfect acrobatics. The goal also gave the striker some much welcome breathing space after a lot of criticism for his performances since the start of the season.
Barcelona vs Sevilla 4−0
These were the top five goals that we witnessed this week. As the football season continues with matches getting tougher with every phase, fans can expect the goals to get better.
