Team Liverpool had quite a day at the Anfield as they continued their unbeaten streak against Newcastle City. The Reds won the game by 3-1 and it was Roberto Firmino who got a hat-trick of assists in the game. It was Sadio Mane who got a couple of goals and Mohamed Salah netted one at the 72nd minute. It was Jetro Williems who gave the first scare to the Reds.

The Reds won the game by 3-1 and it was Roberto Firmino who got a hat-trick of assists in the game. It was Sadio Mane who got a couple of goals and Mohamed Salah netted one at the 72nd minute. It was Jetro Williems who gave the first scare to the Reds, as he braced the first goal at the seventh minute itself for Newcastle City. Sadio Mane scored an equaliser at the 28th minute and it was Firmino who made a brilliant assist. Whereas, at the 40th minute, the Brazilian made an amazing pass and press and made the game for Mane. Firmino’s flick around the corner and Mohamed Salah netted the third goal and put the Reds on 3-1. Needless to say that the netizens were quite happy to watch Firmino being no less than a live wire in the stadium.

With this, Liverpool has remained unbeaten at the Anfield since April 2017. Andy Roberton hailed Firmino hailed Firmino and said, “It was a special goal,’ he said. ‘Bobby’s (Firmino) vision is frightening and Mo’s finished it off. 3-1 after a tough international break is always a good result.” The Reds will now face Chelsea on Sept 22, 2019, in an away game of the Premier League.
