Juventus forward Paulo Dybala’s proposed move to Manchester United seems to be off after sources in England revealed the Argentine international is non -committal about playing for the Red Devils. Speculations were riff in the sporting circle about a possible exchange of Romelu Lukaku and Paulo Dybala between Juventus and Manchester United. Both the players had been deemed surplus to requirement at their respective clubs and a moved looked imminent. But, Ed Woodward it seems has failed to convince Paulo Dybala to agree to the personal terms after getting a nod from Juventus over the sale. Cristiano Ronaldo Advises Paulo Dybala Over WhatsApp About His Move to Manchester United for the Upcoming Season.

It is interesting to note that Paulo Dybala’s agent was in London just a few days ago to discuss the wages with Manchester United as the player himself waited for a meeting with Juventus manager Maurizio Sarri. But now United sources confirm that some really unrealistic demands was put forward by the Argentine’s manager which irked the Red Devils board. United, who are in a desperate need of a midfielder after the exit of Ander Herrera will now look to some other player to fulfil their demands. With time running out as the English Premier League transfer window closes on 8th August, United could be short in midfield.

The failure of United Dybala deal also raises question marks over the future of Romelu Lukaku who has not played a single game for Manchester United in pre-season. His proposed move to Inter Milan is stalled due to the amount United have asked Inter to pay upfront. He along with Paulo Dybala seems set to stare at the long season on the bench at their respective clubs unless some big name comes calling. It is a pity to see a player of the capability of Paulo Dybala being subject to such treatment but it is a harsh reality in football these days.
