Mohamed Salah Meets a Young Fan Battling Muscular Dystrophy (Watch Video)

Mohamed Salah has never disappointed his fans. At almost every occasion, the Egyptian forward put a smile on his fan’s faces. Recently, Salah met a 16-year-old boy Ammar, who is bravely battling muscular dystrophy. Ammar wished to meet his favorite footballer and Make-A-Wish Foundation, made it possible.

Salah met Ammar’s family members who hail from Syria but fled to the United States of America a couple of years ago. Salah signed a shirt for him and also posed for pictures with his siblings Mahmoud, Luay and Bayan, and parents Rawda and Yaser. Obviously, Ammar’s joy knew no bounds meeting Salah. “Everybody loves him and I want to be like him. He is a great person. It's a really great feeling,” said the young boy.

Talking about Salah’s team Liverpool, 29 players have left for France yesterday for the pre-season training camp. The official account of Liverpool shared the videos and pictures of the players departing for France. “Reds depart for 🇫🇷👋 #LFC #LiverpoolFC #Liverpool #LFCPreSeason #France #PreSeason,” read the caption of the post.

The Reds are in Evian for five-day long camp. The team will next play in Dublin against Napoli at the Aviva Stadium, On August 4. New member of the team Alisson Becker has also joined the traveling squad for the camp. On reaching France, the team went cycling and then begun their training.
