In a new development related to Kylian Mbappe transfer news, Argentina’s 2022 FIFA World Cup Winning captain had reportedly offered advice to his Paris Saint-Germain co-player, Kylian Mbappe, and asked him to leave the Parisians and join either Real Madrid or Barcelona.

As per outlet, Defensa Central, the 35-year-old has reportedly told Mbappe to join Real Madrid only if he wants to, adding that the French star deserved a "real winning project."

PSG’s Kylian Mbappe has been heavily linked with a move to the Spanish Capital. The rumours only grew louder when the French striker informed PSG that he will not sign any contract renewal beyond 2024.

Messi, who is all set to leave the French side as a free agent and move to Inter Miami, reportedly advised his teammate. The Argentine World Cup winner reportedly said, “I prefer that you go to Barça, but if you want to go to Madrid, do it, you deserve a real winning project.”

The former Barcelona player’s comments were seen as exiting aim at PSG, where he was not wanted at all. During his stay at the club, the seven times Ballon d’Or winner was booed by the Parc des Princes fans several times.

Kylian Mbappe, meanwhile, has been the chosen attacker for PSG recently. The 2018 World Cup winner scored 212 goals and provided 98 assists in 260 appearances for PSG. During the 2022-23  season, the Frenchman scored 41 goals and provided 10 assists in 43 appearances.
