Eden Hazard suggested he may have played his final game in Chelsea colours following the club’s emphatic 4-1 victory over Arsenal in an all-English Europa League final in Baku. “I think it's a goodbye but in football, you never know. My dream was to play in the Premier League and I have done that for one of the biggest clubs,” Hazard told BT Sports following his team’s victory.
The Belgium star, who has represented Chelsea in 392 games, has been linked to Spanish giants Real Madrid and is speculated to be joining them this summer. Hazard joined Chelsea for £32m from Lille in 2012. The 28-year-old played 352 Premier League games for The Blues and scored 110 goals, while also putting up 81 assists. Hazard has won two Premier League titles (2014-15 & 2016-17), two Europa Leagues (2012-13 & 2018-19), one FA Cup (2017-18) and League Cup (2014-15) title in his Chelsea career.

He is a strange boy but when he understands it is extraordinary,” said the Italian gaffer after winning his first trophy with Chelsea.
