Just half an hour before the final whistle of the match between Roma and Juventus former Real Madrid striker Cristiano Ronaldo had an altercation with Giallorossi skipper Alessandro Florenzi during the Serie A 2019 tie at Stadio Olimpico. While Alessandro tried to confront CR7, the on-field referees intervened and asked both the parties to remain silent. The Portuguese striker was seen putting his hand near his chest which indicated that CR7 was mocking at his height. CR7 had a cheeky smile throughout the incident and this clearly annoyed the Roma defender who was seen walking towards the Juventus striker once again. But this time Alessandro was stopped by his teammate Kostas Manolas. The on-field video camera captured the moment and was clip was further shared by a lot of social media users. Juventus have already won the title and the team has 89 points on the Serie A points table. Placed on number six of the Serie A table, Roma needed a victory at this juncture of the tournament.

Juventus lost the game by 2-0. It was Alessandro Florenzi and Edin Dzeko who scored the goals of the match in the 79th and 92nd minute. Cristiano Ronaldo shifted to Juventus last summer and has 28 goals and 13 assists to his name in all competitions this year.
