Along with Ronaldo, this match was also special for Juventus legend Gianluigi Buffon as the keeper matched Milan defender Paolo Maldini’s record of 647 Serie A appearances. Juventus’ next match will be against Lazio in the 2019 Supercoppa Italiana Final and manager Sarri will hope for a similar performance from Ronaldo to give his side the first trophy of the new season.
