Everton’s £30m bid for Arsenal star Alex Iwobi was rejected by the North London club just a day before the summer transfer window for the 2019-20 football season drawing to an end in the English Premier League (EPL). Everton, whose pursuit for Crystal Palace winger Wilfried Zaha looks to have broken down, tried compensating the failure to bring Zaha with the signing of Iwobi. Dog On Hot Chips
Obviously it's never as easy as this, but if the Iwobi to Everton rumours are true, it would be a great scenario to see him leaving to make room for Nelson/Saka and free up wages and money for a potential Upamecano transfer. I'd be all over that like a dog on hot chips. #afc
