2018 FIFA World Cup: Made in Pakistan Footballs to be Used in Russia
The footballs manufactured in the city have been used in various football tournaments across the world for a longer period of time.
Moscow, January 28: The Russian Ambassador to Pakistan Alexey Dedov reiterated that Russia will be using footballs manufactured from Pakistan's Sialkot city in the upcoming FIFA World Cup in Russia later this year.
"Pakistan is one of the most renowned countries in the world in the manufacture of sports equipment. We want to enhance our cooperation with Pakistan to other sectors as well," The Express Tribune quoted him as saying.
Sialkot is known for producing the finest quality of sports goods. The footballs manufactured in the city have been used in various football tournaments across the world for a longer period of time. The FIFA World Cup is scheduled to take place in Russia from June 14 to July 15.
