F1 2024 Standings: Max Verstappen and McLaren Win Drivers' and Constructors' Championships, Respectively
Red Bull Racing and Max Verstappen entered the Formula One 2024 season as defending champions but other teams are challenging the back-to-back winners with modifications and upgrades in their race cars. Check out the F1 2024 standings for drivers and constructors with total race wins in the season.
F1 has seen dominations by big teams and stars with Lewis Hamilton and Michael Schumacher winning the driversâ title record seven times and Ferrari winning the constructorsâ title 16 times. In the drivers' standings, Max Verstappen dominated the last four seasons matching Hamilton's record won the title for four consecutive seasons. He won the title with two races left in the season. Meanwhile, the Constructors' standing is heating up between McLaren Mercedes, Ferrari, and Red Bull Racing all in contention for the coveted title with only Abu Dhabi GP remaining in the F1 2024 season. The F1 2024 season has ended with the Abu Dhabi GP, and we have both Drivers' and Constructors' Champions decided, with Max Verstappen winning the former and McLaren Mercedes clinching the latter. Verstappen secured his Drivers' Championship after Las Vegas Gp, despite finishing in fifth place.  In contrast, McLaren Mercedes secured their Constructors' Championship after the final F1 2024 race in Abu Dhabi, where Ferrari could have played spoilsport.

Fernando Alonso, Lewis Hamilton, and Sergio Perez are some of the experienced racers in the F1 circuit while Max Verstappen, Lando Norris, and Oscar Piastri have managed to break the dominance of the established megastars of the Formula One races. In the constructorsâ category though; McLaren, Red Bull Racing, Ferrari, and Mercedes are still holding the top spots in the F1 standings.
