Day seven of Commonwealth Games 2018 (CWG 2018) turned out low key affair for India as well. Only three medals came India’s way on Wednesday. However, it was Shreyasi Singh’s gold in the women's double trap that made it to headlines. Besides her, Ankur Mittal and Om Mitharwal bagged bronze men's double trap finals and men's 50m pistol finals respectively. On day eight of CWG 2018, some more medals are expected to come India’s way as wrestlers begin their campaign. Apart from them, Indian women’s hockey team will play their semifinal against Australia on Thursday as well.
