The Juventus star went on to occupy the second position on the list whereas Barcelona’s Lionel Messi comes on number three of the list. Cristiano Ronaldo who ended his stint with Real Madrid last year to join Juventus comes on number two. He gets the biggest benefit from his endorsement partnerships from Instagram and Facebook as he pockets 800 million dollars. Lionel Messi stands on number three as he plays on the highest salary for Barcelona and is the highest of any athlete across all sports team. American basketball player LeBron James stands on number four earning double the number of money after playing in the NBA for more than 16 years.

Number five position sees Roger Federer earning more than his contemporaries. The 20-time Grand Slam champion owing to his $300 million deal with Uniqlo inked in 2018. Professional golfer Tiger Woods comes on number six from the number of endorsements he has got from the last 10 years. After defeating his biggest contemporary Tiger Woods,  Phil Mickelson got a fat cheque of nine million dollars. Manny Pacquiao, Kevin Durant and Lewis Hamilton stand on eight, nine and tenth position.
