But, it was the poor umpiring standards that broke the hearts of all the fans following the league. The angry netizens slammed the umpires in the league as Yuvi got out 14 as he was adjudged out wrongly. It was in the 16th over of the match, Yuvraj Singh got dismissed and was Rizwan Cheema handling the bowling duties. Yuvi intended to hit big but he missed it and the ball went to the keeper. However, the keeper did not collect the ball and got deflected off his gloves to hit the stumps. Yuvi obviously thought that he was out and walked off. But the fans who were watching the match knew that the left-hander was not out. The angry netizens took to social media to slam the league for having such umpires in the tournament.

Yuvi scored 17runs off 27 balls. Talking about the game, Yuvraj’s Toronto Nationals scored 159 runs on the board for the loss of five wickets. Rodrigo Thomas gave a good start to the team and made 41 runs. New Zealand’s Brendon McCullum scored four runs, whereas, Calum MacLeod made 17 runs. Heinrich Klaasen also scored 41 runs from 20 balls. Kieron Pollard made 30 runs off 13 balls scoring a couple of fours and three sixes. As of now, the Vancouver Knights have lost one wicket with Chris Gayle still batting for the side.
