In the year 2011, Yuvraj Singh was diagnosed with a cancerous tumor in his left lung. He fought strongly with cancer and recovered in the year 2012. Yuvraj Singh has 8,701 runs and 111 wickets to his name in ODIs, while in T20Is he made 1,177 runs and took 28 wickets. He was last seen in cricketing action while playing for Mumbai Indians in Indian Premier League (IPL) Season 12. Unfortunately, Yuvi will also not play in IPL as confirmed by him.
