How Many Players WPL Franchise Can Include in Their Squads?
All five WPL franchises are allowed to fill up to 18 players, with the option to include six overseas players and one from an associate nation. The WPL also allows teams to release players at the end of each season.

As per the WPL retention rules, every franchise can retain a set number of players each season. After player releases and retentions are done by the entire franchise, a mini-auction is being conducted, allowing every side to pick new players in their squads.
